The 16 year old daughter of Carol, who breeds Goldendoodles at Aspen Hill Doodles, has been diagnosed with the neurological disease MLD (metachromatic leukodystrophy) which attacks the nerves in the brain and the spinal cord. The prognosis for MLD is very poor. Currently there is no cure but treatments may delay the diseases's progression. Carol is researching every alternative treatment she can find and is hopeful.
